General FAQ's
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal and Cash via PayPoint at one of the 20,000 PayPoint outlets nationwide.
How far will you travel?
We can travel anywhere in the UK. All distances are calculated from our South West London hub.
What are your opening times?
Our friendly customer service department are open from 7AM to 7PM Monday to Saturday and from 9AM to 5PM on Sundays. Are removal teams work around the clock. Your move will be arranged to suit you by one of our customer service agents.

Storage FAQ's
How much does it cost for storage pick up and drop off?
Stuffed Storage do not charge for pick-up and drop-off aslong as your belongings are in one place, on the ground floor and you have booked a storage space from 10 sq ft to 40 sq ft.
Is there an extra charge for early collection?
As long as you give 7 days prior notice there will be no extra charge.
Can I add additional belongings to my storage?
YES! If the additions exceed your agreed storage space, you will be charged for the extra space required.
Can my belongings be dropped off to an alternative address?
YES! Extra charges may apply, please call customer services for details.
Will there be security at the place of storage?
YES! 24 hour 7 days a week motion-sensor CCTV cameras, state-of-the-art alarm and locking systems plus our main warehouse is metres away from the local police station, that's security money can't buy!!
What items cannot be stored?
Not in any circumstances should food, drink, illegal contraband or hazardous chemicals (e.g. gas bottles, aerosols, paints, flammable goods) be placed into storage. For more information see Terms and Conditions.
Can I gain access to my possessions in case of an emergency?
YES! Usually we require two days notice, however in a case of an emergency, you required your possessions sooner you can contact us on 07787617777.
Do I have to buy compulsory storage insurance for my contents?
No, it is not compulsory to purchase storage insurance but we strongly advise appropriate insurance cover, please contact customer services for details
What is the maximum / minimum length of time for storage?
There is no maximum storage period, stay with us as long as you want. The minimum period for storage is four weeks.
Removals / Man and Van FAQ's
Do you arrange parking suspensions?
Yes! we can arrange parking suspensions on your behalf, at least one weeks notice must be given and a small fee will be charged.
Can you disconnect and reconnect white goods appliances?
Due to set liabilities, we DO NOT perform this service. However, we can make arrangements for this to be carried out by a third-party qualified specialists as part of the service prior to removal.
Can I travel in the removal vehicle?
No, our insurance does not cover you in the event of an accident.
Do you disconnect gas or electric appliances?
We DO NOT disconnect gas or electric appliances.
